The integration architecture
How third-party tools, knowledge sources, and deployment pipelines unify into a coherent operating layer.
Lornian isn’t another silo. It continuously ingests knowledge from Google Drive and Notion, and deploys directly to Vercel, Cloudflare, and GCP.
How third-party tools, knowledge sources, and deployment pipelines unify into a coherent operating layer.
Documents from Google Drive and Notion are drafted, scored, and embedded as they arrive, with per-file cursors so re-syncs stay incremental.
Vercel, Cloudflare, GCP, and GitHub integrations connect into a central command workspace.
Deployment frequency and lead times update across connected pipelines in under 50 milliseconds.
No polling, no cron, no “sync now” button.
The push webhook is a public route — GitHub cannot send a session token, so the endpoint authenticates the payload instead of the caller. It is registered on the repo when you create the config.
Vercel, Cloudflare Pages and Workers, or GCP Cloud Run. Encrypted env vars sync to the provider and the run starts appending phase-tagged logs you can read as they land.
One completion updates every open board, files into the project activity feed, notifies the people who care, and fires your signed outbound webhook.
The same deploy queues a living-doc update and an import of the changed files. Documentation moves because the code moved, not because someone remembered.
